Nurses and Caregivers

Sally works with health care professionals to teach skills for the caregiver on how to deal with stress in the workplace and be “present” for their patients and families. Awareness is the beginning of understanding yourself and what arises each day. Stress analysis helps you understand the root of your stressors. Learning and practicing simple mindful exercises each day enables you to find your “calm” center to wellness. There are several options for workshops and “lunch and learn” programs at your place of employment. You must allow yourself time to make the necessary changes to enhance your well- being.
