Yoga Classes and Meditation for Stress Reduction



Sally has been a practioner of Yoga and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction since 2010. She left the corporate world behind and realized her true calling was to share her practice with others. As she  continued her classes, her passion led her to enroll at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness in 2013, where she  completed a practicum to teach mindfulness and mindful yoga. Awareness in the mind and body is important in any yoga practice. She teaches a gentle stretch and movement sequence to all ages and levels of experience.

 In 2018, she  completed a 200 hour teacher training program with Marlena Bruno of Mantra Yoga, Danvers, MA and Raghunath Cappo for a deeper understanding of yogic philosophy, asana and alignment.

In Sally’s classes, you will experience a nurturing, calm, meditative practice, with conscious breath work, along  with  a  gentle flow to quiet the inner chatter, while bringing  you greater awareness of your  strength and compassion on or off your mat. Classes are tailored to your needs.
